Refund Policy

1. Project Payments
Payments made for website development services are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
2. Before Project Start
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered at BiWebloom's discretion.
3. Domain and Hosting
Domain registration fees, hosting charges, SSL certificates, and third-party service costs are non-refundable.
4. Custom Work
Custom design, development, and consultation services are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Project Abandonment
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
