2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Supply content, images, and materials required for the project
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables promptly
3. Project Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on:
- Project complexity
- Client responsiveness
- Content availability
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
4. Payments
- Projects generally begin after the agreed payment is received.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays.
- Final files may be delivered after outstanding balances are cleared.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the selected package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Domain and Hosting
Clients are responsible for maintaining domain and hosting subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and project files transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
BiWebloom shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue losses
- Data loss caused by third-party services
- Hosting or domain provider outages
- Indirect or consequential damages
9. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Violates applicable laws
- Misuses our services
10. Changes to Terms
BiWebloom may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
